SAMPLE CONTENT — Eliana Neighborhood Association is a fictional example built to showcase Maya Thornton / Moments Between Media Inc. as a service provider. It is not a real, currently recognized neighborhood association.

Get Involved

Getting involved doesn't have to mean a major time commitment — it can be as simple as showing up to one meeting, joining a single committee project, or just staying informed. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where Eliana Neighborhood Association meets, along with a few other ways to plug in.

Board Meetings

Sample schedule.

Consistency is part of what makes a neighborhood resilient — residents should always know when and where they can find their board. Board meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month, 6:30 PM, at the Eliana Commons Park community room (or hybrid via video link for residents who can't attend in person). The agenda is posted the Friday before, so anyone can come prepared.

General Membership Meetings

Sample schedule.

These quarterly meetings are where the full membership — all 144 households — comes together to weigh in on bigger decisions, hear updates from every committee, and raise anything that matters to their block. The next meeting is July 7, 2026. RSVP via the Contact Us page.

Other Ways to Get Involved

Not everyone has time for monthly meetings, and that's alright — resilient neighborhoods make room for every kind of contribution. Join the Block Party Planning Committee if you love bringing people together, or the Quilting Heritage Committee, which maintains the neighborhood's quilting archive and organizes the annual quilting circle. Both are steady, low-pressure ways to build the relationships that matter most when a neighborhood needs to lean on itself.
